Requirements
Experience as a chef, or similar role
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment
Understanding of food safety practices
Create and execute savoury dishes in line with our shop's standards
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
Develop and refine recipes, considering seasonality, trends, and customer preferences
About the Company
Ritchies Wharf started as a bakery in the heart of Barking over 50 years ago. A community staple for all things baked from bread, doughnuts, pastries and more.
Over the past few years Ritchies has expanded from its coffee shop, Ritchies Wharf Coffee, based in the Wharf Studios to its catering entity Ritchies Wharf Catering providing food and drinks to the tv and film industry.
